Can I place a phone order?
Due to privacy and security reasons all orders must be completed online. Our consultants are unable to process phone orders.
When will I receive my order?
For standard orders we ship within 2 business days of your order being placed. For Personalised, Memorabilia and Pre-Sale orders please check with the individual item as these vary. Delivery will depend on your location, please see our Delivery and Shipping pages for the schedule
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is despatched you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details for your order.
Standard & international orders are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel
Express are sent via Star Track
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
We will use our best endeavors to get your order to you as soon as possible, once the order is in our system we are unable to change the details.
What if the item I bought doesn’t fit?
We will accept exchange of items within 14 days of receipt by you. The items must be returned in its original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. Returning of the items will be at your cost. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for the details.
